The atmosphere at the Blueberry Inn (AKA The Blueberry Hotel) is wonderful. They have helpful staff and the rooms are wonderful. I loved staying here and wish I had more than one night! Location was excellent for me as I was just passing through, but I rated it “good” because I’m not sure what people would be after in Pontypridd. Right near the markets though! I loved hearing the church bells and being able to see the clock/bell tower from my window. They weren’t loud, but just loud enough that I could hear them. The elevator makes noise so if you’re a light sleeper this place might not be right for you. There is a lift, but there were stairs going down into the room (about five, I think) so it’s not wheelchair friendly.
