We stay in a Family Room. This hotel is huge and much of the open space is sheltered by a types of trees. This is great if you understand Bali can be extremely hot during midday onwards. The staff provides great service and extremely polite, though one must understand that majority of the staff do not speak english as first language. There's only 1 restaurant in this hotel and services ranging between moderate to slow and when the restaurant are packed, you expected to wait up to 2 hours. the 2 Hours is not my words but the waiters. Nightly live performance from singers On specific days of the week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) there are extra all-you-can-eat buffet style pop-up restaurant opens up by the pool side along with some live dance or cultural performances. Food quality is good and definitely worth the money if you you are tired to walk outside for food The Swimming pool opens 8 am to 8pm (with waterfall starts at 10am and ends at 5pm). There's a good size kids pool and great for kids (and adults that thinks they're kids too). Overall pool are great and clean. There's hot & cold jacuzzi hidden at the top 'mountain' above the pool. I mention hidden because there's no sign but you'll find staircase leading to the jacuzzi. The hot jacuzzi is around 38 degrees while the cool is at the 18 degrees mark though there's no bubbles or waterjet you would have expected from a jacuzzi - just hot and cold water. Kids club - not sure anyone had mention this before. It is literally empty when I try to put my kids there. No one uses this facility and maybe it's because it's too small. The staff do not follow the schedule for the kids club - which I can understand. If there's no kids, things just gets cancelled. Room is old and needs emergency maintenance. The furniture design and colours makes the room even worse. For example, the TV is the old CRT TV and the signal to any channels are extremely weak. Followed by a old and hardwired kettled under the cabinet.
