excellent duty manager very helpfull
so nice and happy moment...
The location was marvelous.The I-city view is just the view of the shop, not the light garden. Early morning can freely go for jogging. Only difficult to get outside food especially for breakfast. Only one scan card was given for the room, so when going down with family left behind in the room, we have to seek assistant from the front desk to going up the lift.The ICT staff especially Red Carpet doesn't really know how to treat special children, we parents felt very offended when they want to check the height of my special child as we mention she is special and cannot stand.We lost 10 minutes of our time just to clarify this.
