overall is much convenience n comfortable stayed . Staff also very helpful n friendly
Stayed in this hotel for 2 night during Christmas holiday. Hotel is nicely located with great view. However, the noise from construction of new tower is annoying. The good thing about this hotel is the indoor heated swimming pool. Breakfast is good and thumb up for f&b team who are able to professionally manage a large crowd of guests during breakfast.
At 12.45 am my bed broke and I heard noise as if someone is moving furniture in the upper room for the whole night.
the hotel needs maintainance for the room. when I'm there, the next door guest was having a party inside the room at 1am and blasting his speaker out loud. I've made a complain, the manager came and knock on the door, nobody answer. why not ring the door bell? the door bell was broken, after few knocks there no answer too. the manager has to get the security to help. I waited for 30min but yet I didn't hear any further action. I have no choice but to force myself to sleep.
Decided to book this hotel despite all the bad comments online. Upon check in we realised the marble floor is not properly cleaned, there is even a comment card that are left by the guest from 3 days ago on the table. Other than that, overall the stay is still fine.
