When we checked in, the hotel's system had a system error, which resulted in no room for us. Hence, they offered to upgrade us to another room at a nearby 4-star hotel. As the other hotel was less convenient than BTS Hotel, we requested to check back into BTS Hotel on the 2nd day. They offered to upgrade us again to compensate for loss time. I would like to compliment their excellent customer service which made our stay in KL a pleasant one despite all the hiccups.
