The Hotel is located right next to the main road into Gatlinburg. You can hear the traffic easy from your room but not too disturbing on a non-busy day. unfortunately without notice to patrons staying at the Hotel, road work began during my stay starting at about 10pm till about 6am. Due to being so close to the road, the construction was very loud and could be heard even through ear plugs. I didn’t sleep for 2 nights out of the 4 nights I stayed due to this.
