We walked in and were treated to the kindest staff, cookies by the door, and a beautiful island decoration and atmosphere in the lobby that looks out all the way to the beautiful beach. Wonderful kind Jane checked us in and described all the perks of our stay in detail so we could take advantage of it all. And she was so patient with all of our questions! Next on to the room exactly as advertised, we got everything we were wanting in our ocean view king, it was a so well designed for space and island openness and soft colors and creative furniture designs, and a full kitchenette with a full refrigerator, sink, stove top and microwave. And the balcony with the soothing salty air view of the ocean, if just sat there I would have been happy. We went out for meals but should have taken advantage of the kitchen, then we could have had more time at the pool, then he lounge chairs down on the beach level, then swimming in the ocean. Still we enjoyed all of these things with our time split between them. Now let me tell you about this part of the beach, oh my so clean, not overcrowded at all, and you have a professional lifeguard stand right at the hotel. And let me tell you they are on it and professional keeping a watchful eye. When we first got there and walked out on the balcony the lifeguard ran off to check on something down the beach. When we went down we wanted to thank him for keeping such a watchful eye, and he explained he was being proactive and making sure a family did not go out to far to get caught in tides just a great lifeguard. So we walked up to the pier and back like 3 times on our one day one night stay and the whole way saying hi to everyone and everyone so friendly back and beach clean and nice and everyone having fun. So great exercise on bare feet and never noticed it. Never really noticed being hot either the breezes were great off the ocean. And we live in Florida so we experience the heat. Just a great needed getaway. It is our go-to place now!
