We love the rooms and pools, the central 'villas' have pools on each of the 2 main sides. We found the beds firm but comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked , our main problem with the room was it was too light at night as we normally sleep in very dark room. The hotel is adjacent to both the Cicada market, fri. sat. and Sunday, and the Tamarind market Thursday to Monday inclusive. The food in these markets is very varied, excellent and in expensive. They both have live music so can be a little noisy until it stops at 2200hrs. The traffic parking coming up and down the road in front of the hotel, on market evenings can be a nuisance. The office/ entrance is upsteps but as I have a mobility problem the guard opened the gate for me, very helpful. The breakfast is pretty basic.
