to be honest, I thought it was underwhelming. The room anemnities could be better. For a three star hotel, I expect a mini bar, juices and other beverages available for purchase, and at LEAST bottled water in my mini fridge. it could also use a bathrobe, so I could use if I want to use the pool, or after a bath/ shower. Then there is the standard internet access versus the ‘premium’ internet service at an added charge....what’s with that? And finally, the room itself: though the beds are comfortable, I could use a half decent blanket. I don’t really like the lack of centralized lighting, only ambiance lighting available. The room is also in need of some minor repairs. The bathroom design is flawed, however, I realize that can’t be changed without major renovations. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and their beautiful atrium really turns this two star hotel to the three star hotel status that it boasts.
