This hotel was fantastic. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pillows were a dream to sleep on. The location is fabulous, just a short stroll around the corner and there is an entrance to the city walls and then past that just down the road is York Minster. The shambles is only a 10 minute walk. 10/10 stay.
fantastic rooms with the comfiest beds. really nice decor around the hotel and a nice bar area.
