Only 1 person at reception who was answering phones and checking in, took 35 minutes to get checked in. Tried to charge me again for the stay when I had prepayed it, had to get my online bank statement out to prove I had. €18 for shuttle bus from airport bit steep when they say hotel is on airport site. It actually took 15 mins to drive to hotel which was outside airport and very very noisy. Aircon was broken and room was so hot, but due to arriving and getting to room at 1.15am and leaving for 8am again I didn't think it was worth calling reception to have to stay awake whilst the onemanband juggled his jobs. clean and comfortable rooms though apart from aircon.
