Booked this place cos of the excellent reviews. But in my opinion, it's overrated. Location wise, there are better options. Especially if you need somewhere closer to the subway stations, this IS NOT for you. Subway is a 10 mins walk away, not something you'd enjoy if you were lugging your baggage or shopping bags with you. I stayed in the female dorm. They give you individual closets to stow away your luggage and clothes. Mine was #3 and the lock was spoilt. No matter how I turned the key, it refused to lock. All the beds are separated with a thick curtain thats supposed to help block out the light in the dorm. A few of the curtain hooks were broken so the curtain was left hang off at the side. Not exactly useful in blocking anything. I didn't try the food or drinks at the cafe. But the staff were very friendly. If you are travelling to and from the airports, please take the limousine bus which stops at Asakusa View Hotel, just 2 mins from Wired. The staff at Wired can help make the reservation for the bus.
