The location of the hotel is great, close to all amenities. As it is a relatively new hotel everything was clean and fresh, I have stayed in this hotel a few times and in general is always good except for a few teeting problems, in this occasion dining wasn't that great , I find their menu quite limiting, for a regular visitor variation on the menu would be great with maybe the addition of a few specials. The starter I had was very bland and quite tasteless to be honest, the main was fine. On this occasion the waiting staff brought out my starter and main at the same time, I explained I wanted my starte as a a starter, so she took my main back to the kitchen, where I presusem it was just kept heated, The room itself was fine eveything was functioning as it should. Breakfast in the morning was not great, I was provided with a table and when I returned to the table with my orange juice it was taken by someone else, So I had to be provided with a different table, I was lucky that there was another table available as they were limited. Ther hot food wasn't replenished in a timely fashion, alot of the items were not available and people were waiting for hot food to be brought out for the buffett, in fact some of the items completely ran out.
good, but the service was bit slow. I booked a room for 3 ppl but there were only 2 cups and towels for 2 ppl initially. requested more cup and towels but they provided them bit late.
New hotel, clean, well organized (not always the case even in fancy chains!), very central which means a little noise from the nearby bars but not too much with the window closed. Don't expect a great view but the location really makes up for this.
