great location big room
My family (four of us) stayed in a family room, which was very large with two king-sized beds. Overall, the resort was nice and the staff were kind and friendly. The things I found a little unsatisfactory, though, were little ants inside rooms (we saw them quite often) and too-thin towels (water soaked into them so easily, so we couldn't use them any more once wet.) However, thanks to the kind staff and nice breakfast, and 'good location' (there are so many restaurants, shops, tour agencies nearby), we enjoyed our holiday very well. We used taxi or buses to Big C and TESCO for lots of shopping and we went to Hong Island which was beautiful, so our our kids enjoyed very much. Thank you.
On the first night, my baby was not fallen asleep as usual. Until the next day noon, we requested to change to another room. On that night, my baby was fallen asleep finally. Thanks for the staff for the arrangement.
