this is the email is sent to the manager: This room is absolutely filthy. We just checked in now and we can’t reach anyone on the phone. The room is very dirty and used. It smells very bad. Call me asap. It also took a long time to find a bellman to get our bags to check in waiting in the street. When I informed the reception, they made me wait longer for someone to come and check us in. When we got to the room, we showed all the dirt and damages to the bellman and he said to call zero. When I dialed, Mohammed yahya told me to call 5005 where no one answered so I called him back. I asked for your email and he said he doesn’t have it. I asked him if he knew his own email and he said no he doesn’t use it. I don’t know what this bad level of common sense without any sense of respect is about but we don’t feel comfortable staying here anymore. We have been here in this room for less than 10 minutes and we are already feeling terrible. Please get us out.
They need to improve there room service and more attention to the gusts
Extremely nice hotel, highly recommended.
