very nice atmospehere. eye catching designs. super kind staffs.
We stayed with our 10 month old daughter. This hotel is not ideal for anyone staying with a little one because of the room layouts. However we really liked the place even if it was impractical for us. Only hiccup was that the staff seemed quite un coordinated at times. We asked to have our room cleaned as we left only to get back 5 hours later to find it was not cleaned. We had to ask about the VIB package 4 times before we finally got it etc. The person we spoke with always said everything would be fixed but somewhere along the way that message did not make it the whole way through.
