My wife and I stayed here 8 days in a junior garden suite and absolutely loved it. The service, facilities, location and value are excellent and we were very sad to leave! ..... PROS: (1) STAFF– excellent personalised service, everyone was very professional, they make you feel like a VIP, attentive, get to know what you like very quickly, listen to feedback and make improvements (2) ROOMS- junior suite, nice garden view, close to restaurant, large room, high ceilings, well designed, functional, cool, new, clean, private, good air conditioning (3) LOCATION – on top of headland near Alona Beach, great views – especially the sunsets, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach but close enough to walk there, lots of eating and drinking options around (4) FACILITIES beautiful reception area and pools, pavilion restaurant area and pool is great, nice gardens (5) ROOM SERVICE - twice daily, complimentary drinks in bar fridge & sweets each night (6) OTHER – inclusive sunset cocktails twice weekly, great breakfast buffet and good coffee .... CONS: (a) Wifi - patchy in the room but could still watch Netflix, (b) having to leave :(
