The hotel is quite a distance from the major tourist attraction, although you can take the tram/bus to get around, which is quite convenient if you have the transport pass. I stayed for 2 nights, honestly my 1st night there has been terrible. we checked in at night after a long sweaty day around the city to find that the air conditioning to the room has broken down. We asked for change a room but the receptionist told us all their rooms were occupied. No in house technician was present to fix the problem. I accept that these things happen sometimes, but I realised the problem was a common issue with a few more rooms as we have discussed wth other guests who also went down to the lobby to deal with the issue. The receptionist advised us to open the window instead but i must say, the hotel windows werent designed for people to open it widely. hardly any breeze cam through that night, hence it was rather suffocating before you fell asleep. Luckily, the air coniditioning was repaired on my 2nd night, my stay that night was significantly more comfortable than my first. Another issue is that the toilet door doesnt close properly, the shower room glass was translucent, so it is pretty awkward unless you’re staying as a couple.
