We had a very nice vacation at this hotel. The Staff (every one of them) attitude and service were impeccable - attentive, welcoming and giving you the feeling that they are there for you and really care. They pay attention to the intricate details - An invitation to lunch instead of dinner we missed on the first evening. Making up the room twice a day + chocolates on the pillows, plenty of quality towels and offering a 'courtesy room' after checkout time to refresh before leaving . Caring for the little ones - the attitude, the excellent kids club and going through supplying shoes and robes their sizes, chocolate dole on the last day and other things . The facilities were very successful both in design and maintenance. Very nice restaurants -Good food - quality, variety and taste. Great indoor pool, gym and SPA and a very nice lobby. The hotel is situated right on the beach and is very easy to access by car from all directions. only 20 min ride from the airport and offer a private parking lot. However, it is far from Paphos (very nice) town center which can be reached only by transportation - car or, as I understood – bus. What we liked less: 1. The room we took was said to and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. However, it's a little crowded and offer no privacy to both parties. It's a regular spacious hotel room that is being rearranged to accommodate 4 people. Thus, for example - there are no sitting fixtures in the room since the armchairs were turned into beds. A family should consider taking a suite (which is much more expensive…) 2. An armchair unfolded into a bed is not a really a bed and is not comfortable. 3. The mattress of the master bed were very soft. 4. Air conditioning is not being operated this time of the year. If you close the window the room to avoid light and sounds, it becomes hot and humid. They did supply us with a fan and light covers but it's only a partial solution. Overall a great stay
