Rooms were spacious. Response was very poor (we asked for tissues and glasses, which were not been given till we check-out).Even though i have my own car, i used taxi to go out as my car was blocked by other car. On the day of check-out, i received a call from reception asking, 'do you hold a booking for today?' for which replied NO. Then the person asked, 'then why didn't you check-out yet?'. Is this the way to speak to a hotel guest?? I felt totally insulted. But honestly, i requested for a late check-out at the time of booking itself and also at the time of check-in (for which the receptionist agreed until 2 pm).
