I would loved to go there back again each time whenever I travel to Batam... Enjoy the stay n facilities... The staff are friendly too....
I went to stay at Aston during the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was our first time staying at aston , my first impression was the staffs was polite and friendly which made my family felt welcomed. The whole lobby and receptionist area was very clean and tidy which impressed my parents and from their first impression , they seem to like Aston. While waiting for our apartment to be ready for use , we went to their restuarant to have lunch and the food was delicious. A few moments later , a staff walked towards our table and told us that our apartment room was ready and we could go straight to our room after our lunch. My brother mentioned he didn't told the staff where we were, I assumed the staff looked everywhere for us. A+ for effort , i was certainly impressed with the staff hospitality towards guests. Overall , my whole family do enjoyed their stay at Aston. We will stay over again if we were to come to batam again.
