front desk staff not helpful ask a restaurant reservation stating will not help ... restaurant need Japan language, lucky my next hotel do it for me. request additional pillow no cover it very dirty.
the semi-double room type is terribly small. I know hotel rooms in Japan are small but never stay a room as small as here. I stay with a kid but found it so difficult to go to the bathroom when the other was in the room, not to mention that if you want to open up your suitcase. space only allowed us to open a hand carry suitcase and thou used up almost half of the space in the room already. super dry in the room. not a comfy stay. hotel shuttle service is not often at all and the drop off point is not right in front of the hotel. so we have to bring our Luggages to make a big turn before arriving the hotel. in natita6, the hotel had good location as it is close to station and aeon mall and the narita temple.
