Very spacious apartment, perfect for family stay. Location is super awesome. Near to everything. Staffs were pretty helpful.
Air Conditioner behaves mysteriously. Started to beep at 3:15 am in the midnight on both of the night we stayed. Had a very disturbed sleep. But the staffs offered free room change for that. Also, there is no lift. So penthouse is in top floor and we had to climb the stairs all the way everytime. Although the staffs helped to carry the bags during check-in and check-out.

Great little Guest House in Paradise Plaza. Spotlessly clean and with good WiFi. Lots of food outlets right next door. Close to all the Patong nightlife. Easy to get taxis nearby. Lots of laundry outlets nearby.

Everything positive about this small hotel.....hospitability, exceptional clean(rooms cleaned, towels changed on daily basis), decent breakfast, free coffee up to 2pm, girls on reception desk 10+..........

Nice staff, every time was ready to help. They upgraded my room after I spent one night in another one because it was under some pomp on the roof and it was noisy too much. Super location in Patong. Not my first time here, if the next time there`s a good price for room, I`ll come back for sure.
One night people and staff from the hotel had a party and were laughing and talking loudly downstairs till 3:30 am. It was quiet difficult to fall asleep, even on the last floor.
i like Breakfast. I like the staff. I like the Hotel design and the small pool. I like aperitif party everyweek. I like working space and internet speed. i like confort and security. I like admophere of that hotel.

Accommodating, professional, chill when appropriate, small crowd, clean, safe, right in the center of Patong: 2min walk to Bangla, 8 from beach, and about 15 seconds away from the best Thai massage shop in town.
Nothing to say about the hotel, they were great. Small note about the neighborhood. Being the hotel in a closed steet is good. When you leave that at night, I suggest to rent a scooter and zoom away. It is very safe to walk, but as a solo male you get quite a bit of girls and ladyboys looking for customers.
