Pros (+) The location is excellent !
Cons (-) The seawall lights were not working when we stayed so it was a little harder to dock the boat when we came in after sunset. ( But not a big deal at all )

Pros (+) Pool is nice, location is nice, we are actually planning next trip on January.
Cons (-) I did not notice it was not the right season for snorkeling to watch manatees, but that was our fault and will not change our plans on going back in winter.

Pros (+) Resort itself is nice - great pool, tiki hut for drinks
Cons (-) room is a bit old, and there was mildew growing on the bathroom door, and the shower faucet could not be turned off fully so constantly dripping, and the toilet had very little power to flush. It was comfortable, but the mildew smell in the bathroom was really off-putting.
