Pros (+) Close to strip
Cons (-) We haven’t been to Vegas in years. So we were surprised at how expensive everything has become. $40 USD a nite for Valet parking; $6 USD for small coffee at Starbucks; $45 USD per night resort fee.
Pros (+) Lovely decor with large comfortable bed. Bathroom good (apart from low shower pressure) and nice clean towels daily if required. Loads of good eateries within hotel and just outside on the Strip, especially Brewdog.
Cons (-) No coffee station or complimentary fridge.
Pros (+) Rooms were nice. Location was ok, Wrong side of the strip for the monorail
Cons (-) No personal service, long waits, resort fee purpose not clear as you get no benefits to people just walking in.
Pros (+) Good location only.
Cons (-) The access to the room is a little tricky and we need to cross over the casino to get there. The casino area is full of smoke that makes me feel sick
Pros (+) Location was good down the quieter end of the strip. The room we had was huge on 8th floor of hotel, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of restraunts and bars on site
Cons (-) Hotel couldn't put our two rooms on same level for some reason. Checkin was complicated seemed to be a lack of trained staff. Checkout was fine except still awaiting an invoice.
Pros (+) Location is great. Room was decent size. Bars, restaurants, vendors are good
Cons (-) Parking now $20/day. Destination fee is worthless. Does not cover entry fee into Times Square or Coyote Ugly entertainment options (one of my reasons for choosing this hotel). Prices are out of whack for a medium quality hotel.
For the most part I love this hotel, love the vibe, location and the casino. Most staff is nice but this one staff member gave me attitude for asking for a fridge (which I did really need for medication). I get that others may request a fridge for other reasons doesnt mean he needed to be rude to me.
Pros (+) I loved the location! Neat and great friendly environment for couples.
Cons (-) Check in process could be easier.
