Location. Great sea view and close to airport and Santa Cruz.
Room needed some attention. Bed was hard and needed more pillows. Bathroom needed updating. Walk in shower preferred to one over the bath that looked very old. No microwave plate or kettle made making drinks laborious.

The hotel in part is good but needs renovating in places The breakfasts were satisfactory. Prices were not extortionate at the bars
Big beds in big rooms. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds.
Breakfast was limited if your not keen on continental. Pool needs attention.
Great location close to public transport. Spacious apartment in beautiful well kept grounds with short walk to sea front.
Food was ok but could have been better as not always very hot.

You have to pay deposit in cash for remote control for AC… understand if it’s necessary to give a deposit but it can be with credit card in case you forget to retrieve it, it can always be returned to your card…

Big room, excellent view. We arrived late in the evening when the restaurant was closed and were thankful to find dinner in the refrigerator.
Room looks a bit elderly. In the kitchen no caffe machine or even a kettle. Parking exits, but not enough lots, possible to find parking on neighbors streets. To use the safe in the room you need to provide a 30 Euro deposit (only cash) and pay 1.20 Euro per day. It is not what you expect from a 4 start hotel.
Excellent location, close to the airport, with delicious breakfast, a huge terrace next to the pool, and kind, polite service. Highly recommended
