Great location – Convenient yet peaceful. Spacious, well-appointed suites – Very comfortable stay. Ocean-view restaurant – Good variety of food. Bar with stunning views – Perfect for relaxing. Overall – A fantastic stay, highly recommended!
Shuttle service – Could be more frequent and efficient. Linen and room service – Stained linens required replacement, and follow-ups were needed.

Location is a little far from Patong beach main Attractions
Just about everything, they even had HP sauce at breakfast. A nice little part of Patong beach with a couple of little bars on the beach just on the other side of the road.

The location of our room was perfect for us, staff all very welcoming and nice.
The pool was warm and not very refreshing. the problem can be resolved with a covering over it.
The room was very nice and comfortable with a nice view of the sea and always well maintained. Nice starting the day with a good meal with amazing options from different cultures and there were 2 pools, one a bit bigger and nicer than the other one but both great and a good way to spend the day.
There's a need for a walk uphill to get to the room, although we could have opted waiting for a car that facilitates going uphill and downhill if we wanted.

Everything about this property is excellent. The staffs provided excellent service. There are security guards stand on the street helping you to cross the street. The facility and amenities are more than perfect. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you re in Phuket. We will come back and stay at this hotel again.

The only thing is the location. Rest everything is 1/10. It’s an old dilapidated hotel. Don’t do it.
No elevators. The construction is or feels at least 30 years old.
