The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with wet bar and separate laundry room. There are 2 full baths and one half bath. The gulf-side master has an en suite bathroom. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom. The half bath is off the hall way and attached to laundry room. Accommodates up to 8 people Grand Pointe is 8 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 8.1 mile East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Grand Pointe has an outdoor beach side pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, showers, sauna, steam room and gas grilling area covered by huge pergola. Grand Pointe Association mandates a 25 year age limit.
