Serving as the cultural and economic hub of the northern Sacramento Valley, Chico is a lively city in Butte County. It has been nicknamed the “City of Trees” due to the immense green space of Bidwell Park that stretches east from its downtown area. In addition to countless hiking trails and a creekside swimming hole, Chico boasts museums that will appeal to all ages.
