easy check in/out, friendly staff
website didn't indicate they moved their front desk to another building. we were confused when we first arrived. the other rainy night, saw a family with bunch of suitcases trying to ring the doorbell for check in at 23 gloucester place, it would be great if the hotel let the travelers know before arrival that their reception has moved to 51 gloucester place to save time and less trouble
