*Mediocre for the high price tag *Hard to find the way to the access bridge
Conveniently located near KLIA2, some walking is still required (walk towards bus terminal) but should take less than 15 minutes even with luggage. Good place to stay if you have a long layover at KLIA2 but you will need to pay for it, reasonably affordable for foreigners (AUD$100) who have currency stronger than the ringgit. Better value for money (>50% cheaper) for day stays 'Day Room - 12 hours Day Use Transit Rooms from 0700hrs to 1900hrs' for around AUD$40. Late night check-in took longer than expected due to the number of people in the queue. Some people were having booking problems and tied up the staff. Bathroom sink pipe was leaking (room 313) so the bathroom floor got very wet. Shampoo isn't very good but better than nothing, soap is decent. Toilet roll isn't stuck into holder so fell into toilet bowl when I pulled it :-(
Internet connection was so bad, even it was not available at all next day. Also there are many ants in the bathroom and some in the room.
