overall was very good
the hotel rooms are great and that’s about it. there is no special attention from the management to the comfort of the guest, everything was like a money making machine. we got a much, much better treatment at the other hotel where we moved to, after loosing the rest two paid full nights at Ritz, without the management even trying to talk to us or to make our stay better. I couldn’t believe we could get better treatment at the other hotel same chain, rather than in Ritz. so disappointed!
as i have to get big suite as it gulf but the room was very small comboraing with the normal room that which i was not sitsfy with
