i like staying at Hotel Royal. However I have requested J2 be included in TV channel. no reply, no acton, very disappointed !!!
I love the location when it is easy to go anywhere by public transport. Hotel shuttle is great. all staff at reception, housekeeping, concierge, lobby, restaurants (eg Fado the Portuguese restaurant) are couteous, professional, friendly, always trying their best to accommodate guests' needs. I am most impressed by the response /action speed that most other 5 or 6 star hotels are lacking. restaurants nearby provide great choices, inexpensive and good quality of local food. indoor pool with water at 30C only drawback is: J2 and Fox Sports 2 are not there when ALL hotels in Macau and Taipa I stayed do provide the 2 channels.
by public buses and hotel shuttlr, one can go anywhere from the hotel.
This is a great place to stay and dine, easy walk to many places like StarWorld, Wynn, Lisboa. I got free upgrade to the premier floor which was fantastic. The only inconvenience is there is just one shuttle bus route to the Macau Ferry Terminal while many other hotels offer routes to other places. And the frequency is every half an hour which can also be improved.
