My partner and I were really looking forward to our romantic getaway that we were planning for a very long time for one night stay. We were promised by hotequickly the Priemer room with a King size bed and sea views. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us there were no more king size beds available. The hotel could only offer us two double beds. There was not much we could do at the time but sadly agree to these terms. So we checked in at reception and proceeded to our rooms when only to find out everything else had horribly gone wrong. We noticed our rooms had been down graded to the deluxe room. When we notified the reception what had happened, all they offered us was a free breakfast in the morning. I don't think this is acceptable at least an apology first thing in the morning would have been great. In addition to that, there was no water in the morning to shower. We are very disappointed with the outcome with this experience.
