My first arrival was pleasant as I just got off an 11 hour flight and was able to check in early. As I got in my room there was still hair on one of the pillows and there was no complimentry water provided. Breakfast was the same old, cold and bland everyday. Room service menu was similar to bar menu and there was no local eateries near by for walking distance. Room aircon vent was very noisey at night, and being on the 6th floor under the rooftop bar and Gym was noisey with hearing chairs being moved around. At one point I got no sleep at night with the air con vent being loud. As i was being driven to hotel, even the taxi driver said it was not an ideal hotel to stay at for a tourist. Concierge team were really friendly and helpful!! As an ex hotel employee and food and beverage supervisor, the food needs to be updated.
