Good location, easy walk to Night Bazaar & restaurants, but I expected more from this hotel. The room was nice with comfortable beds, but no safe in room & terrible shower. Also only one English speaking TV channel, which was news. The reception staff are terrible. I've stayed in Thailand over 25 times from 2* - 5* and always felt welcome. I received a 'good morning' once in 14 days, they didn't even smile. The cleaning ladies are lovely though, always smiling & saying hello. For a 4* hotel they should be better.. A good start would be to replace the pads on the sun lounges, they are all in bad shape & make a mess of your towel. Best thing about this hotel is the cafe outside, really friendly staff & good coffee, Roastniyom.
