Hotel has great location with amazing view over the sea while you are having your breakfast. Breakfast staff are friendly. However could not tell the same from reception- not very polite, like they dont want to acknowledge you. Shockingly no free internet accept in lobby area. Fitness centre called fitness centre was everything but not usable. One treadmill and that one was broken to. No free shuttle bus from the airport and if you request pick up they charge you double what any other taxi service would do. Even a limousine was cheaper. These are all basic services i would expect from a 4*hotel especially the price we payed for it. Rooms are pretty basic but thats what i had in my mind from Thailand( on a positive way). Bar prices are close to 3 times more what high street prices are. Overall was ok but next time will chose a different hotel. Didn't feel any special or made valued in any other way. Shame for it, stunning location let down by the hotel.
