Very irritating start to the trip when they could not give us the room we paid for and booked. (paid for king suite but they could only give us a double suite). We were checking in @ 3pm and it took 30 min for them to figure out a plan. Then they made us wait until 5pm to have access to a room. they were VERY quick to say they can't change reservations that were made with a 3rd party when I asked why we were down graded to a double? So I asked how did you change it/downgrade it then? The person at the front desk acted very put-out to fix the problem, they had made, when asked.
