Minus points : The room is small. The single beds are extremely small that if you rolled over or moved during the night, you might've fell off. The floors in the room and the corridor actually creak. No refrigerator. Strict checked-in policy at 2pm so be prepared if you arrive early. Collected the iron downstairs, only to discover that it was faulty. One elevator that fits only 3 people. Old bathroom, rusty bathtub. Only one plug point to charge your camera/phone. Plus points : Wifi is good enough. There's a store room for your luggages if you decide to leave them (security was not so tight though, just anyone can come in the room so make sure you lock your bags or bring your valuables with you). Breakfast was okay, nothing special, just toast and cereal but good enough; otherwise other dishes are available at additional prices and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby too. Location is great, easily accessible to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and just a few stations away to most London attractions. Huge plus point is there's a portable device that is very useful for you to navigate around, so you can probably save on roaming or the headache of trying to find a wifi connection when you roam around London.
