The service level has improved tremendously since my last visit about 2years ago. The staff are always checking with you if they could be of any assistance and extending the help you need with a big smile on their face. i felt very Welcome indeed. There were a few misses though:- 1) Arrived at ferry terminal but had to wait for quite awhile for the hotel transfer bus. Their service recovery was excellent here, as i was with an infant they sent the GM car to ferry my family to the hotel.(so i was told lah) 2) The Buffet dinner spread was excellent but i was very disappointed when only after 30-45mins of my dinner, the BBQ crab that i was looking foward too was sold out.No replacement here. I must comment on the big and tall Chinese sous chef on being very friendly and even offered to cook plain porridge for my infant when she didnt have any suitable food during the buffet. 3) The rooms and the kids club needs somekind of refurbishment. It looks very tired, old, and uninteresting. Overall my stay way excellent. Looking forward to a better Stay on my next trip there.
