We spent 4 nights at H2000 Roma and were very pleased. Just a 15min walk from Roma termini. There is no sign on the house but if you know the address it´s not hard to find. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious with a nice, clean bathroom. Don't expect too much from the breakfast that's served in the room (just a coffee and brioche) but you are in Italy. So better go to a near bar and enjoy an espresso. The location is great, it's in walking distance to all major spots e.g. just 5min walk to Trevi fountain. I can only recommend the H2000Roma.

excellent location, very professional and friendly reception. Our room was a double (with 2 separate beds) giving on the courtyard so very quiet, although the walls between rooms are not that thick! Breakfast is very simple (drink + cereals, or croissant), so as long as you don't mind not getting the buffet breakfast, this is very good value for money.

Location was central.walking distance to major sites.Very near to Piazza Barberini, and metro station.Fernando, the receptionist was quiet and efficient. The room was clean and quiet, facing a courtyard. We did not mind as we were out all day.Room size was to be expected,on the small side. However, in Rome the room would be considered not small. The bath is equipped with a spa. For the rate ,we felt that it was a good hotel. Will definite stay here in future.

We stayed in a double room for 4 nights in September '07. It's ideal for couples on vacation who are out all day, and want a clean and tidy and secure place to sleep. It's about 5-10 walk minutes from the Trevi fountain, and 10 minutes from the Spanish steps. And 15 minutes from Termini Station.

The only problem we had was that the A/C didn't cool the room enough. This impaired rest for the day.

We enjoyed our stay at H2000Roma. The rooms were beautiful. The location was excellent, centrally located and near the metro. The staff was very helpful.

As the hotel was established in 2000 the bathrooms are very modern and extremely large. The room is very spacious and as our room was at the back of the hotel, it was very quiet.

My wife and I found the staff wonderful and informative, especially about places to eat and helping us with travel. The rooms are clean but do not expect large quarters. But we found that we spent little time in our room as we walked nearly everywhere from our location. The bathroom was clean and good on size. Little breakfasts in the morning were great and the coffee good and always on time.

A very good location, which I can recommend. In the middle of Rome, and therefore really quiete. You can experience every spot by feed, and the welcome is allways very kind.

This b&b was great in comparison to other places we stayed in Rome. It was a little difficult to find, given that the outside of the building wasn't sign-posted - blink and you'll miss it! But was very central to great sight and the metro. The room was spacious, the bathroom large, clean and even had a spa (which we couldn't operate). Some of the staff members were keen to help and suggest places of interest etc which was great.

Staff was very courteous. Rooms were clean and modern. They serve breakfast to room! A little trouble finding hotel because no obvious sign outside.

Would recommend H2000 to anyone wanting to stay in a central location in Rome. All major tourist attractions are within easy reach. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was served on time everyday. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel!!!!

bien situado, habitacion con ventana partida, un poco extraña, como de haber partido una sala muy grande, la ducha hidromasaje no funcionaba y nos cambiaron el 4º dia. Desayuno justito. todo lo otro excelente.

Small hotel (12 rooms) but - new, quiet and in excellent location (near piazza Barberini). Breakfast very modest and the TV set is tiny (but it doesn't matter - you're in Rome...).

H2000Roma was clean and is a great location to stage your visit to Rome. We took the train from the airport to the Rome Train station then the subway to Barberini station(2nd stop on A line)then a short 2 block walk to H2000Roma. Walking distance to Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, great dining and more. Breakfast served in room and is very minimal, but still a good value for the price.

The hotel has no signage outside the building that could help one to easily locate the facility. The hotel is conveniently located, though, in relation to many of the tourist sites in the city. The promised "daily breakfast" turned out to be a joke, a disappointing feature. Each one of us was limited to a choice of one (!) tiny cup of coffee or tea or milk and a choice of one (!)piece of bread or a tiny box of cereals. We booked a double and a triple room. There are no elevators/lifts. Thankfully, we were assigned ground floor rooms. The rooms we got were quite small, though, each with barely enough space to walk around in. The shower area in each bathroom is quite small and one could feel claustrophobic when the shower curtains (there is no fixed enclosure) are drawn. Water from the shower flows all over the bathroom floor (even with the curtain (made of cloth) drawn) making the marble floor dangerously slippery. We had to mop the floor dry everytime to avoid any accident. There are no other facilities in the hotel - no lounge, no restaurants. The price we paid for the rooms (in August) seemd to be on the high expensive side in relation to the quality of the hotel and the services it offered. The Concierge, though, was quite helpful in showing us directions to the places we wanted to visit. And, beware at Plaza Berberini Metro Subway Station (which is close to the hotel) - I was Twice in a row the victim of an attempted pickpocketing in the same station! Luckily I was able to hold on to and grab back my wallet which was in my trousers' backpocket.

The best thing about the H 2000 Hotel Rome is its location. It is very close to Piazza Barberini and the Metro stop. Is in short walking distance of many major sights, such as Via Veneto, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. It can be a little difficult to find, as there is no sign on the building outside. It is built into a larger building which also houses offices. There are no common areas to speak of. The rooms are reasonably large and very quiet for their location. The reception (especially Fernando) was helpful in recommending restaurants, providing directions, etc. The breakfast was a minimal selection and ofter they were out of those few things. Price was reasonable. We were able to get a room for four, which are hard to find in Rome.
