I was disappointed from my stay at Grandeur Hotel, first it is very far from the public transport, even I mentioned in my reservation that I needed a high floor quit non smoking room, I was handed a noisy room in the 2nd floor with a bad smell justified that they don't have non smoking rooms in the upper floors. The room was interconnecting with the beside room and I could hear the TV and music and talking like they were in room, in addition to the high sound of the air conditioning fans all night long.
