This hotel has excellent resort pools and is clean and well maintained. The rooms are somewhat dated. The staff are friendly and try to please however the experience is more a 4 - 4.5 star experience than five star. If you want to watch English movies or television, I would recommend taking your Netflix or Apple Tv with you as the channel selection on the TV seems to be in everything except English unless you want to watch news. Overall, I do recommend this as an excellent value resort property and it probably has on of the best pools in Patong.
