Found the hotel a great place to stay, everything you need in a hotel stay and also in the centre of the shopping.
I've stayed here a few times now, so it must be good. The room was clean and the service was good. It was a deluxe suite with balcony on the 29th floor. The room has a separate kitchen so overall it's generous in size although the living are is a bit cramped due to the couch at the end of the bed. The view from the balcony is great and at that time of the year (early January) it's very nice to sit out there, especially at night. The breakfast has plenty to offer, although it was difficult to get a seat, sometimes there is a wait. Advice is to get there a bit early rather than at the end. It's virtually opposite Pantip Plaza and the Platinum Mall, so if you like your shopping, then it's in a great position. The nearest BTS station is Ratchatewi which is less than 10 minutes or Chidlom 10+ minutes.
the hotel is a bit ageing and some things inside needs to be refurbished.
Great location, large spacious rooms, good amenities as well. Service could have been slightly better if Front Desk staff were more courteous. Overall, quite a positive experience.
Nothing not to like about this hotel - friendly staff, great location, 711 next door - the Pratunam markets around the corner - what more could you want.
