very small room, bút nice bathroom. The window was very untight so the there was constant blow of cold wind into the room.
Very pleased - staff were very helpful
The location of this hotel was very close to Paddington Station which made it easy to get around London and to the airport. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and nice but a little small. Was fine for solo travelling. Would stay here again.
Great location with stylish rooms. Despite there being a lift to the upper levels there are steps to the rooms; however this hotel has thought of this and have staff ready to carry your bags. Other hotels in the area don't. Also, this hotel has a literally 'handy ' device, which is a mobile phone with included data you can take with you on your tour of the city of London. It is free to use during your stay! So cool and incredibly thoughtful!
