We informed them that we were on our honeymoon the day after arriving and they gracefully offered complimentary services during our stay. Their food was delicious!!! Facilities were spotless and staff was very attentive and helpful. Definitely staying here again when we're back in Thailand. Shany was especially accommodating! Just keep in mind that the hotel is on a steep hill and not for the faint of heart if walking around but didn't bother us one bit. Excellent location! Close to the beach and restaurants.

First meal a late lunch at restaurant with only 2 other tables, we ordered thai n it took 40 mins to arrive. Water is only luke warm from tap. Offered no help when I felt ill one night n took 30 mins to wait for an extra blanket. Ants everywhere inside the room. Services varies but not good in general esp in Thailand standard. We stayed at the club room, the views were good but the slope to walk up n down the hotel n town is not too convenient. Very disappointed with the overall standard of a chain hotel.
